MS DPM 2010 & PolyServe 3.6.0

Hello.
I'm planning to install System Center Data Protection Manager(DPM) 2010 in my organization.
Also I have Polyserve 3.6.0 working like File Cluster with 3 nodes in my environment.
I have a question - can DPM 2010 work together with PSFS file system?
any solutions?
