Snapclone on EVA with sssu (tru64)

Does anyone know the syntax for Snapclone using sssu on the EVA? The scripting manual shows COPY and SNAPSHOT but not SNAPCLONE.

I think it's ADD COPY.

The COPY does not allow immediate access to the "cloned" vdisk.. the "snap-clone" will.

Re: Snapclone on EVA with sssu (tru64)

The EVA does not create traditional clones. The ADD COPY command should create a virtually instantaneous snapclone.

You should be able to access it immediately. However, I have never tested this myself.

Here is an example.. have fun

add copy OC4Sun3_Clone_VD001 group="\Disk Groups\DiskGrp8(72GB_Drvs)" storage="\Virtual Disks\Sun-Vdisks(72GB)\VD001\ACTIVE"
