Are there any tools available to show what size disks and where they are in the EVA at a glance? Sure, you can click through the hardware section of CommandView but that's rather tedious. Is there anything better? I mean, besides walking up to it or pointing a webcam at it. ;)
P.S. This thread has been moved from Disk Array to HP Storage System Scripting Utility (SSSU). -HP Forum Moderator

Re: Visualization tool for EVA?
You could use SSSU to grab the configuration of the EVA. That will allow you to see relatively easily what size disks are where.
Cheers,
Rob

As I wrote in that thread - it would be a lot of work to start from scratch. I've done it a long time ago and had to adapt the code more than once when the output format was changed a bit - I was happy when XML output became available.
