login restriction to the EVA 5000 management appliance from SSSU

I'd like to get a confirmation for what I experience when I use SSSU to connect to the EVA management appliance.

After invocation of SSSU (EVA 5000 CLI), I issue "select manager xx user=xx password=xx" to log in to the EVA management appliance.

What I experience is as follows:
1. if user=administrator, login works.
2. if user=operator, timeout occurs.
3. if user=user, error occurs.
4. if user=some_user with administrator privileges, error occurs.

I am wondering whether some other people have the same experience with EVA 5000.
