3in1 NAS Docking station - Firmware upgrade is not succesful - Ver2

Issue wasn't resolved in prior thread. Do any HP employes read these ?

The firmware upgrade sp34083.exe contains
hpnas_split.nas
updatenas.txt
cfenas.trx

From the "Firmware Administration" page inside the HPNAS Utility, the following is reported:

I have run the firmware upgrade, and it loads
hpnas_split.nas (above) without error, yet
the Utility Continues to report the exact same information. (Same dates, samve version).

Is this being addressed ?
Is there anyone home ?

i'd like an nswer as well . i've run the update twice , i get split nas showing loadind > successful then trx and that shows loading success ! yet i stillhave f-05 . is this just a software update or actual hardware firmware ?

I sure would like a definitive answer

Hi guys,

If you look at the pack description when you first install the service pack, you can see the firmware version installed by this pack is F.05, so that is the reason your not noticing any changes, e.g. your already at the latest firmware.
