Connection los after few minutes with EX490

We have a small network based around a Linksys router, with some wireless and some wired connections. All of these are working perfectly fine, both in the past and still doing so today, except now for one .... the mediasmart server ex490.

If i turn it on it has a connection for a few minutes and then it drops the connection. If i turn it off and then back on it has again a connection for a few minutes.

Can someone please help me with this because this makes the entire ex490 unusable in our network.

Since nobody else replied and I'm not familiar with the EX490, you could try some  basic network troubleshooting

like different network:

• cable
• port
• switch

.."it drops the connection" - how do you notice? Does it say anything in the server's OS?
