E200i RAID 5 will not see reaplacement drive

E200i RAID 5 will not see reaplacement drive

Running AiO 600 StorageWorks w E200i w12MB RAID5 (6 500gb 72k SATA)- Drive went bad - put new drive in (slot 3 of 6) and the system will not see it nor do antyhing with it - it will not even blink like it is being seen. I've tried to use ADU and ACU to see if I could do a rebuild of the drive but no luck. I am running REV 1.20 of the controller firmware. Anything I can check for? I have not rebooted nor updated firmware since. We had issues when the first drive went bely up and kinda nervous on the reboot and the firmware update, until we are stable but will if I have too... Thougths ?
