Error Code 274

Hi,

 

Please help, I have the below error in one of the StoreEasy NAS:

Error Code: 274

300GB 2-Port SAS Drive at Port 5l : Bay 13 is bad or missing.

To correct this problem, check the data and power connections  to the Physical drive

For more information, generate a diagnostics report under the Diagnostics tab.

Hi,

It may be drive failed or missing. Get the logs and elevate the case to HP support if still issue persist.

We can check and take appropriate actions on this.

Hello SamuelEGPRSA! Onse you wrote about error 274 with ssd disks. Now i have the same broblem( How did you slove this problem? Could you help me please! =)

I have Intel® SSD DC S4500 Series  960 gb ( disks are 100% working) its happend when i change SAS disks to this SSD
