I changed the admin password and services, I still get the following error, can anyone guide me on how i can resolve this issue.

Password Changes

If the issue is just a matter of a simple password change, the procedure to restore HP SIM functionality is to run the mxpassword command from the command line as follows:

mxpassword -m -x MxDBUserPassword="password"

In this command, password represents the new account password. The double quotes are required.

If the account connecting to the database is the same as the service account, go into the Services applet and change the passwords within each individual service using that account
