Exchange 2007 ASM agent AIO1200 GetExchangeInfo Powershell error

We are trying to move our exchange 2007SP1 database+logs to the All-in-One 1200 :

When we try to use the ASM wizard we receive on the storage server:

Error when executing Powershell command "GetExchangeInfo"

In eventviewer on the exchange server :
ExchangeRemoteService.GetExchangeInfo() failed.

ASMagent is installed on the exchange server

Did anyone come across this error ?
