Firmware upgrade on SAN Switch 2/16V

Hello,

I just downloaded the latest firmware for our SAN switch. V4.2.2a the folder was over 40Mb. I am wondering which file I am supposed to start the upgrade with? No documentation came with the firmware. Please help, Thanks

Hello Shawn,
the upgrade looks a bit strange and the instructions are a bit hidden. Load the following page:

and then scroll a bit down. You should see a tab named "installation instruction". Select and enjoy!
