HP B2000 NAS AND MS SQL SERVER
I have been trying to configure the HP B2000 NAS Box to be used with a MS SQL server.
I have seen and followed the microsoft knowledgebase article no 304261 http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;304261&Product=sql.
The problem is that in spite of following all the procedures (setting the trace flag 1807, setting the administrative rights for SQL Server account, setting the registry values in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ MSSQLServer\dependonservice to netlogon, I am still not able to use the NAS box. it is neither accepting the mapped drives not the UNC name.
I would appreciate if anybody helps me out on this.
Thanking you in advance
