HP NAS1500s Blue screens

This document specifies what I am having problem with. It does not indicate how to resolve it. It seems to need a Software upgrade, but how to upgrade the software when the Storage keeps shutting down. I have to disable the service that is causing the reboot.

hello
so i assume you installed SP2 without installing service release provided by HP ?
now you have 3 issues

1/ reinstall using QR restore CD just selecting OS only in order to save Datas

2/contact HP if you are in maintenance contract to recover this issue (internal tools available to do that)

3/try to restart without full startup
and desinstall SP1or2 and install Service
release from HP first
