HP SureStore 4000's Question

I have 2 HP SureStore 4000 storage servers. Although they function well, the backup limitation of 1 tape is causing me to reevaluate their effectiveness. We store well in excess of the the tape capacity and the data being stored if dynamic, so daily, full backups are critical.

I was hoping to extend the use of these servers by using them in some form of mirrored environment. Does anyone have any insight into this and how I might accomplish this aside from doing a manual copy of 1 server to another on a daily basis?
