HP SureStore AutoBackup PC25

one of my customers forgot the password on his NAS and asked me to set this device on a new site for them. I'm not sure if there is any default password for HTTP console or There is a way to reset the password??

Also i'm wondering if it's necessary to have the official software to be able to manage this device?
