HPE StoreEasy 1650, pool manager
Hello,
Start a new HPE StoreEasy 1650.
After all the operations, I don’t see the StoreEasy Pool Manager on my desktop.
In programs and components it is. In the program files it is.
Reinstallation, removal and new installation from folder disk C: does not help.
How to start this application and start working with it?

Or do not think about it?
Set the disks in the raid0 and make a pool through the server manager?
Thank you.

Re: HPE StoreEasy 1650, pool manager
Hi,
the tool should be there. Have you checked in the system tools folder on the Desktop? If you cannot find it, please open a support ticket to get it back. In the meantime, I do recommend using the Smart Storage Administrator utility that is accessible from the Start Menu (under the Windows System entry).

Yes, I will use Smart Storage Administrator.
It is sad only that for such good money it does not work as it should.

Re: HPE StoreEasy 1650, pool manager
Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Can you check if the following directory exists?
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Administrative Toos\System Tools
In any case, I recommend you open a support case with HPE. If reinstallation is not bringing back these tools, HPE probably needs more data from you to troubleshoot.
