How to set up iSCSI target on MSA2000fc to support Windows Storage Server 2008 failover cluster

The Windows Storage Server 2008 forum states that in order to connect to a failover cluster via iSCSI, it is necessary also to configure iSCSI between the HP DL320 NAS servers on the front end and the drive array. Is that correct? HP support docs say that it is possible to configure iSCSI communication over the Fibre Channel links. How is that done? I am new to the MSA2000, so I'm hoping for explicit instructions.
