Install MS DPM Agent on NAS 4000s
I am trying to install the Microsoft DPM (Data Protection Manager) agent onto 2 NAS 4000s. The agent seems to install ok but on the reboot after the install the server does boot, it sits on the Windows Server 2003 bootup screen and the bar just keeps moving across without ever getting to the logon screen. The only way to resolve the issue was to reboot and use the last known good configuration and then unistall the agent.
I have updated the servers with StorageWorks NAS service release 5.6 (as the DPM agent requires Windows Server 2003 SP1)
