Install Windows server 2003 Service Pack 1 on a Proliant DL580 G2

Hi all,

When i try to install the service pack 1 on my 2003 server i've got an error message that's saying i've not the permission to do the job but i've got the administrators rights (local, domain...)
So i try to use windows update but i've got the message...you've got a problem with your time...but i'm correctly synchronised...

On the server, Compaq insight manager, MSDE, J2SE 1.3 are install.
I install the last HP drivers with HP version control agent but i've got the same problem...

I wish you understand my english and you can help me...

Have you installed the latest NAS / Proliant Storage Server Service Release (SR5.4)?

There is a System fix needed in SR5.4 so you can install SP1. Here's the Customer Bulletin on this issue:

If you can wait till next week, the next NAS SR (5.5) will have the system fix and W2K3 SP1 both on the NAS service release DVD.
