Solution
Hi James,
The DL320s Storage Server is built on the ProLiant DL320s. All of the linux versions supported on the standard server would be supported on the Storage Server.
Are you having a problem with the Windows Storage Server OS?
Thanks
Jon Paul

Re: LINUX ON THE DL320s 3TB SATA Storage Server
Thanks for your reply Jon Paul.
Sorry for how long it took for me to see it, I did not really expect any help here.
Some Background:
My long time system Administrator recently left to join Microsoft as manager of one of their R&D units but I still ask him things as I have not yet found a replacement.
I have need for this machine as my current storage ( a SUN e4500 )is 91% full on 2 critical partitions.
This was the machine he suggested until my SAN is in place( a budgetary issue). He wants to run it on LINUX and wanted me to find out if there would be any issues installing LINUX on this machine.
I gave him your reply link and asked that he reply to you also..
Thanks for you help
