ML350G5 Slow USB Ports

I am using ML350G5 proliant and all working well except that the usb ports are running very slowly – seems like usb1.1 speed vs usb 2.0. I checked the hardware device manager and it shows USB 2.0 Root Hub. I also downloaded w2k sp4 and installed that as a search of the web showed w2k had a usb speed issue that was fixed with sp4. Any idea or help.
