MSA20 Cache Battery
Hi
Recently had an F1 error light on the back of our NAS, I replaced the cache battery and the F1 light has gone away and we're back to 00. The problem is in the ACU theres the warning message saying the battery doesn't have enough charge and certain features will not work until it does (expansion etc.)
I've left it a few days as I know they need some time to charge up initially but it's been over a week and the message is still there. My question is, do I got by the LED indicators in which case 00 so everything's ok or is the ACU message the one to go by? Recently updated all FW and drivers too so that shouldn't be the problem. The battery was brand new and is fitted correctly.
Appreciate any ideas/ information
gR
