MSL2024 Ultrium 448 Autoloader needs drivers for Win2k3Server

Please tell me where I can get drivers for my new HP StorageWorks MSL2024 Tape Library Ultrium 448 for my Windows 2003 Standard Server as the HP site downloads did not help me.
i just bought it, but did not come with any drivers.

I already downloaded the Firmare, utility and diagnostic bundles from HP, but did not resolve my Device Manager query to recognise the device.

hi,

its diffrent but I want to ask from here. i have plrolian ML370 G4 server with HP StorageWorks Ultrium 448 tape drive. I installed win2003 server but my tape drive detected as a cdrom. what should I need to do? I uninstalled that ultrium cdrom and tried to install tape drive using add new hardware. but ist not works.

I have the exacte same problem, DL360G4 server running windows 2003 device manager does not recognise the library side of the device and so is unusable with Veritas backup software

HP recommends to use the drivers provided by the backup software.

In addition, if running Win2k3 but NTBack up, make sure that the "Removable Storage" service is not only stopped, but disabled.
