Migration from Celerra to EVA
Can anyone provide suggestions on how to migrate Windows shares from an EMC Celerra to an EVA attached Windows server?
I would like to do this without a backup and restore as downtime is difficult.
I dont know anything about the Celerra and how it presents the network shares.
Thanks in advance!

Re: Migration from Celerra to EVA
Hi,
one possible method is to create and present the appropriate LUNs from EVA to the relevant Windows server and then copy the EMC Celerra shares on the file level.

the pain is one part of the reality
