NAS 2000s with MSA30

I'm offering a NAS 2000s with 02 MSA30s dual bus. I don't know 02 dual bus (controllers) of MSA30 be using for increasing performance or fail over?
I want create a volume group between 02 MSA30. If one has problem, all system will be break down or continues with other one?

The MSA30 DB is a simple disk drive enclosure (some people call such a box a 'JBOD' array). Bus A connects to bays 1-7 and Bus B connects to bay 8-14. There is no RAID controller in the box!

Thanks for your response. So we can deploy RAID 5 or ADG with MSA30 for NAS2000s?

I have taken a quick look at the quickspecs:

As far as I can tell you need an additional 4-port SmartArray controller and a RAID ADG Upgrade.
