Pano stand alon

I have this thing on my computer, and have no understanding why it will not go away. I have done everything to this computer to get rid of it, but it has attatched itself somehow.
I do not have anything HP and no software either.
What do I do to get rid of this thing, it is driving me crazy!!

Hello,
Seems like you've got bitten by a SPYWARE.

You said u have nothing HP.. search again for any "HP SMART FILES" ... remove it.
