Problems with Veritas Backup Exec 9.1 on a 1200s

Good afternoon....I'm looking for anyone who might be able to give me a little insight into a little problem with this StorageWorks 1200s.

The backups seem to be generating a lot of errors. I just started here last week, and not really sure what to look for. I've never used Veritas Backup Exec, so I'm not familiar with the process.

If there's anyone who has the patience to help me out, I would be very thankful.
