StoreEasy 1660 - Management console wouldn't show storage subsystems

Hi, during ICT (Initial configuration task) we downloaded the management console and installed it.

When we launched the console, it does not show the storage subsystems, when tried to discover storage, it gives the error "The storage provider cannot connect to the storage subsystem"

Management console - 1.0.1

Can somebody please help ?

Hi Sadiq,

Please engage the HPE Support team with required logs for the detailed troubleshooting.

Looks online SPP update broke some windows components here.

This case need elevation and detailed analysis.

I know this is an old thread but I'm having the same problem with a freshly setup and configured StoreEasy 1860 with a 3000 disk shelf.

Using SPP P11740_001_spp-2018.11.0-SPP2018110.2018_1114.38  and have already done one system restore using StoreEasy_1X60_WSS2016_Rcvr_DVD_5.03.0a_Q2P95-11002

I'm about to nuke it from orbit again but will be using an older SPP.

after a nuke and rebuild using the StoreEasy_1X60_WSS2016_Rcvr_DVD_5.03.0a_Q2P95-11002 via iLO I still have the same result.  I did NOT apply any new SPP - at this point I've only used the rebuild DVD, and then applied the latest version of the StoreEasy manager - Q0F58-10105.  Guess I'm calling support tomorrow.

I have the same system and the same issue. HPE has gives my 15 different work arounds but still no solution.

I have been working with the India tean for over a week with no resolution. CanI some how transfer my ticket to a US based team? I have 80 of these units and I'm ready to send them back.
