Re: StoreEasy 1660 - Management console wouldn't show storage subsystems
Hi All,
Does the management console support 1650 E Model or it only support 1660 and 1860 models only?
Thanks.

Re: StoreEasy 1660 - Management console wouldn't show storage subsystems
The management console is supported on all 6th generations StoreEasy 1000 products. That includes the 1860, 1660, 1560, and 1460 models. Unfortunately it is not available on the 5th generation systems such as the 1650 Expanded.

Thanks Tobias. No wonder it showed Product ID not recognized at the end of installation.

Re: StoreEasy 1660 - Management console wouldn't show storage subsystems
1. Make sure you have the 1.1 SEMC installed https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_72bb30fe1be64f55b35440f592
2. You will need to verify that the storeEAsy management console smp version 1.3 or higher is installed. StoreEasy management provider
3. Be sure to install the SSACLi 3.31 or higher I would install the Service pack for Prolaint 2018.11.0 spp http://h17007.www1.hpe.com/us/en/enterprise/servers/products/service_pack/spp/index.aspx
4. Check the SSAclient site for the correct versions https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_7d73751cec484e2d8d4cfd6202
5. after that please look at the logs C:\nas\logs\management_console for the log files and C:\ProgramData\HPE StoreEasy management console\ (install.log & downgrade.log).
6. Look at the windows application logs for the StoreEasy keyword.
7. Going forward when you install the Service pack for Prolaint you will have to find the matching versions of the fixes. The current version for StoreEasy will be 2019.3 and the fix will be cumlative.

Re: StoreEasy 1660 - Management console wouldn't show storage subsystems
You have a mismatched version install the 1.1.1 and the current service release. This should update the versions.
