StoreEasy 1660 and Newest Managment console software

I cannot get the newest management console to install.  I keep getting the wizard was interrupted before completing.  I've attached the log file in hopes someone can help me with this issue.

At the end of the install log file I am getting the following error:  Installation success or error status: 1603.

Hi Jim,

I'm sorry that the installation doesn't work for you. It doesn't seem like your log file was attached to your post. Can you send it again? I will then have an engineer look at the issue.

Tobias, I tried to attach the log file in .txt format however when I tried to send my post, I was stopped saying that hte attachement wasn't in the appropriate format.

Is there another way I could transfer the file to you?
