StoreEasy 1660 with HPE Smart Array P816i-a SR Gen10 fails System Installation and Recovery
We have a new StoreEasy with a HPE Smart Array P816i-a SR Gen10 Controller and sixteen 12 TB disks attached to. We have had some problems while the first installation and want to recover the System with the System Installation and Recovery Image. We tried three different versions of Recover Image DVD ( 5.03.0a_Q2P95, 5.05.0a_Q9D45 and 5.06.0a_Q2P95) but we always get the message: No RAID controller was found in the expected slot. Then we can only reboot the server.
The StoreEasy has two further Raid Controller (HPE Smart Array P408e-p SR Gen10) with no disks attached to that controller.
Any ideas how to recover the system?

Re: StoreEasy 1660 with HPE Smart Array P816i-a SR Gen10 fails System Installation and Recovery
Solved: Reset bios to factory deffaults and the delete the array configuration for the two internal SSDs
