Yes, Raid 5 is supported for StoreEasy 1660.

I saw the quick specs.

RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, 50, 60, 1 ADM, 10 ADM
(Advanced Data Mirroring) on Smart
Array P816i – Not all RAID levels recommended or supported on HPE StoreEasy

all RAID not recommended or supported on HPE StoreEasy

As per StoreEasy Admin guide Page no 14 and 15 we can see that it's been recommended to see Smart Array Controller User guide to see possible configuration,
