Unable to Host a SQL Server Database on AiO 600

When I try to host a SQL server database on my AiO600, I get the following error:

Unable to communicate with server (Unable to connect to remote server 'server': No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it xxx.xxx.xx.xxx:12551)

{server name and IP have been masked to protect the guilty} :)

I am able to connect to other SQL servers in my organization using the AiO software without a problem. I am able to connect to this SQL server using the SQL Studio from another system without an error. I have updated the ASM agent software on the SQL server I am attempting to connect to as well.

I'm at a loss at this point. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

It turns out that the "HP All-in-One Storage Manager Agent" service wasn't running.
I started the service and I was able to connect to the SQL server using ASM.
