X1600 Rebuild Time
Hi,
I need to provide some theoretical timings for how long it would take for a rebuild of a failed disk in an X1600.
The configuration we have is:
10 x 600GB SAS 10K in RAID 5 with one disk being a Hot Spare
Assuming that the entire 4.4TB of usable space were fully populated with data, if a single disk failed and the data had to be rebuilt onto the hot spare, how long would this process take?
Thanks in advance.
John
