X1600 lost credentials

I have a X1600 device, I have share folders and Exchange storage. Exchange storage is connect over iSCSI to exchange server. Exchange server has mount store a function is OK but in ASM I have error "First Storage Group: Credentials failure..." I want input credentials to Configure Aplication Credentials but no credentials for update and a cannot add new credentials. Credentials lost after restart. Any idea for reactivate credentials?
