x1600 - iSCSI Shares losing data

One of our customers has purchased an x1600 and has setup 3 user defined applications to be presented out via iSCSI. periodically all of these iSCSI shares lose there data, (or so it seems). Logging off the iSCSI initator and logging back on causes all the data to reappear. I am thinking it may be a network issue but was hoping someone may have some ideas?

This was incorrectly reported.

Issue was relate to the Microsoft shares rather than the iSCSI LUNs.
