x1800, memory problem

hi,
X1800 used, sometimes x1800 memory uses 100% FULL. but CPU USES normal.
Physical memory 8GB ADD, But same status.
Cache uses 17GB. why??
Network Drive connect Fail and MSTSC fail.
X1800 not Reponse. Why??
