Windows see the drivers as:

backup job starts, mount the tape, write a little bit and abort with following errors:
Backup Operation Failed.[ERRORS & WARNINGS]07/05/2009 17.22.49 E8013 Library Power on reset [Device:3][HP ThinStor AutoLdr]
Backup Operation Failed.[ERRORS & WARNINGS]07/05/2009 17.22.36 E3719 Unable to write to media. (MEDIA=5/07/09 2:45 PM [S/N: ], EC=Hardware Error)07/05/2009 17.22.37 E3712 Unable to close session. (EC=Hardware Error)
Anyone may help you ?

Re: 1/8 U460 Autoloader, ESX 3.5.0, CA Arcserve12
Hi all
I have know this issue with CA BAB 12 ad ESX.
We hare resolved this case with upgrading esx to 3.5 update 4 and make one LSI controller to pilot tape drive.
