20/700 Tape Library Web interface

Hello,

I've been trying to configure the web interface on our 20/700 tape library. All the network settings are correct and a password has been configured, however there's still no response when browsing to the webpage. I've also tried a loop back ethernet cable to my laptop, but still had no joy. Can anyone help?

Firmware: 0301
