AIT 100 Hot Plug

Hello, I am having problems with a unit of backup ait 100 hot plug. The error that gives tapealert of Brighstore arcserve v.9 is the following one: TapeAlert information is reported by device 0 located AT scsiid-lun= [01-00] on board= [board0] E6924 E6924 The covers drive is having problem writing dates. It does not date you have been lost, but there you have been to reduction in the capacity of tape. Somebody can help me with this problem
