Access denied in Command View MSL

Hi,

In the Command View MSL (MSL4048), I get 'Access denied' when clicking on Configuration --> Log.
Is this normal? I'm logged in via the Administrator account.

Yes this is normal. There are no administrator configurable log parameters. In that page the only functions are some advanced configurations to disable logging of certain event types or turn on some verbose logging. Those functions are only used when trying to track down difficult problems that either aren't captured in the logs or are lost because the logs fill up too fast.

Those configuration are almost never used even by factory service.
