Added 2 Drive to TL891 Library, 2nd drive listed as unknown
After adding a second drive to a TL891 Library, Veritas sees the drive as an Unknown Device. Any cluses what the cause of the problem may be?
This library is hanging off of a ProLiant 6400 running Windows 2000 with the LVD controller.
1. The library itself is SCSI ID 0
2. The original drive is SCSI ID 4
3. We set the second drive to SCSI ID 5
Should any of these values be changed?
Looking for a troubleshoot game plan to figure out why we can't use the second drive
