An error occured while trying to reboot a device
Hello,
i am using Command View Tape Library V1.6 Build 49 to manage my ESL E 630 Library.
I am not able to reboot the Library via CV TL.
The reboot process starts and the graphical scrollbar fills up to approx. 90% but then after some minutes i get the error:
An error occured while trying to reboot a device
Devices did not become ready in expected amount of time.
If i check the Health Summary in CV TL afterwards, i miss almost all components and the library is in a "Critical" state.
With a reboot via Telnet Interface, i get the same result.
The only way to do a successful reboot of the library is via the reboot switch directly at the library.
Does anybody have any ideas?
Regards
Manfred
