Array Controller [Embedded] has failed

Hi

i have HP DL380 Server with two Hard disk 72.8 GB configured as RAID1+0. When i added a new one hard disk 146.8 GB is not dedicated and this error logged on the System Event viewer

Event ID: 24597
Sorce: CPQCSSE

Physical Drive on DEVICE ID 2 on Port 2 of
Array Controller [Embedded] has failed.
Failure Code: 0x14.

please help

Did you try re-seating the drive?

How about another drive?
