Assistance please with errors see after a week of operation
Hi all,
I have a customer who receives the following errors, anyone else seen this.?

Hi Wade maybe the service got corrupted
try going into cmd then run this:
C:\Program Files\HP\Data Protector Express
dpwinsvc.exe -x (to stop the service)
dpwinsvc.exe -s (to start the service)
if that doesn't work you can try remuving it then reinstalling it
dpwinsvc.exe -r (remuve the service)
dpwinsvc.exe -i (install)
if that doesn't work you might need to install DPX again
