AutoBackup PC100 and Windows 2000 clients

We have three HP Surestore Autobackup PC100 servers. On our end-users that have Windows 2000 they get a notice that their PC is not being backed up. They are Restricted Users under Windows 2000 so I assume it is a permission problem with either a directory or a registry entry (this does not happen to the Power Users or Administrators). They really are being backed up according to both the AutoBackup server and the user's local log. Can anyone tell me which key or directory I need to adjust permissions on so the AutoBackup can set a 'done' bit?
