Autoloader 1/8 Move Failed Loader is SECURE

Hi, good morning.

When we test to do it a:
"1. Load Tape to Drive" into menu "Drive and
Tape Operations" the front panel screen show the message:

Load Tape to drive
Move Failed
Loader is SECURE

¿What's this error? ¿What I can do it?
