BD 01 error - HP StorageWorks 1/8 Tape Autoloader with an Ultrium 960 Drive
And the tape status will then later turn to poor status and all backup fail.
Can anyone advice on this?

Re: BD 01 error - HP StorageWorks 1/8 Tape Autoloader with an Ultrium 960 Drive
Previously u told me to power cycle the unit, how am i go about to do that?
I restart the autoloader and it gone. after one week it happens again.
SCSI Connection between the autoloader and the server have already tighten.
Do u know why is it like this?

just be sure to have the latest FW installed on both the drive and the autoloader

I know that the SCSI connection will cause that error, but so will the status Identifier cable being unplugged. Ensure the small (usually 5 or 6 wire) connector is plugged in as well
