BE 9.1 and Ultrium 960 autoloader
We have an HP StorageWorks 1/8 Ultrium 960 autoloader which is not being recognized by Backup Exec v9.1.
BE9.1 lists the drive as "HP 1 -Off Line" but doesn't show the tape library at all.
When i run HP StorageWorks library and tape tools 4.2 it shows both the HP 1x8 autoloader and the Drive (a Ultrium 960) which shows as HP Ultrium 3-SCSI. And the tests execute fine.
How can I get BE to recognise the drive properly. Is it supported by 9.1?
thanks.

you need 10.1
