Backup Protector Express Error

Last 2 day, my Backup Protector Express come out with the "Error 1004: Invalid object ID"
Can any one help me on this?

Operation System : Windows 2003 Server R2
Tape Devide : Single Slot HP Tape Drive

Need more info is this during a backup? Try performing a new backup? Waht have you tried to solve this problem?
